Teams

Northampton Area Youth Lacrosse (NAYL) offers teams for both boys and girls, providing players of all skill levels the opportunity to develop, compete, and grow their love for the game. Our program is structured by grade level, with teams in the following divisions for both boys and girls:

• K/1/2 – Introductory level focused on fundamental skills and fun.
• 3/4 – Continued skill development with small-sided gameplay.
• 5/6 – Full-field play with an emphasis on team concepts and competition.
• 7/8 – Advanced gameplay preparing players for high school lacrosse.

In our boys division, we typically field two teams per age group, divided by skill and experience level. This structure ensures that every player has the opportunity to compete at a level that matches their development, allowing them to build confidence, refine their skills, and enjoy the game to the fullest.
